摘要 针对四川达州地区地质灾害多发、危害大,现有地质灾害监控预警工作存在诸多不足等问题,综合达州地区地质灾害研究成果及其地质灾害发生因素,提出了运用视频网络、三维地理信息系统,结合相应的专业在线探测传感设备检测系统,并配合、补充专业的地质灾害综合预警、决策体系来构建达州地区地质灾害预警系统的思路,以及该系统的设计和实现过程,以期为该地区地质灾害的预防提供科学依据。 In Dazhou, Sichuan Province, there have occurred frequent and dangerous geological disasters, but the present early-warning monitoring system of geological disasters has many shortcomings. Combining the research findings of Dazhou geological disasters with the occurrence factors of geological disasters, this paper proposes to construct Dazhou early-warning monitoring system of geological disasters by using the video network monitoring, 3D geographic information system and professional online sensing and detection system and setting up the decision- making system. It also demonstrates the design and realization process of the system so as to provide the scientific proof for the prevention of the geological disasters in this region.
