摘要
针对在水平井段进行管柱施工难度大、风险高的问题,开发了适合水平井水平套管段和裸眼段实施挤注、封堵、隔层等系列管柱技术。介绍了超深水平井段挤注、封堵技术的原理和特点。水平井段封堵工艺技术每年在现场应用20井次以上,成功率高,效果突出;水平井段挤注管柱施工后基本不含水,产油明显上升;裸眼井段挤注工艺在塔河油田成功地进行了8井次的挤水泥封堵作业,达到了预期目的,为进一步扩大水平井堵水范围提供了技术支持。
In light of the problem that there are great difficulty and high risk in operating horizontal well-sections,a series of pipestring technologies were developed which were suitable for the squeezing,blocking and layer isolating in the horizontal casing section and open-hole section of the horizontal well.The principle and feature of the squeezing and plugging technology were introduced.The plugging pipestring of horizontal well-sections was applied in the field over 20 well-times,with a high success rate and a remarkable effect.
