摘要
为了验证旋转导向钻井系统稳定平台在旋转状态下井斜测量及控制的准确性,设计了一种能够改变空间姿态并且模拟钻铤转速变化及扭矩载荷波动的测试台架。该测试台架通过机、电、液一体化设计,实现了全程自动化控制。现场应用表明,该稳定平台测试台架结构设计合理,强度足够,其功能满足了稳定平台测试的需要。
To verify the precision of the directional well surveying and control of the rotary steerable drilling system's stable platform in the state of rotation,a type of test bench was designed to change the spatial attitude and simulate the rotation change of the drill collar and the fluctuation of the torque load.The bench achieved fully automatic control through the integrated design of machine,electricity and liquid.The field application shows that the structure of the bench was reasonable in design,sufficient in strength and its function satisfied the requirement for testing the stable platform.
