摘要
绿色消费作为一种全新的消费理念和消费方式,对于提高人们的环保意识,促进人与自然和谐相处具有重要的意义。要促进绿色消费,应当积极运用法制的力量。对绿色消费的内涵进行阐述,分析了我国有关绿色消费的法律规定,提出完善绿色消费法制的建议。
Green consumption is one kind of brand-new consumption idea and pattern of consumption;it has important significance for improving human idea of environmental protection and boosting human being and the nature being harmonious to get along with.To promote green consumption,we should wield the legal strength actively.This article set force the connotation of green consumes,analyzed our country＇s legal rules about green consumption,making suggestions on perfecting legal system of green consumption.
