摘要
目的探讨舌鳞状细胞癌的磁共振成像(MRI)影像表现和诊断价值。方法分析了15例舌鳞状细胞癌患者的MRI图像,并与手术和病理结果进行对照。结果本组病例MRI上均能较好地显示肿瘤病变及其侵犯的深度和范围,发现和识别转移淋巴结。结论肿瘤的MRI表现、侵犯范围和颈淋巴结转移,有助于改善并提高舌鳞状细胞癌诊断分期的准确性。MRI是诊断舌鳞状细胞癌的首选检查方法。
【Objective】To study the features and diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in lingual squamous cell carcinoma.【Methods】The MRI images of 15 patients with lingual squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed and compared with their operative and pathologic findings.【Results】MRI showed good performance in displaying the depth and extension of tumor invasion,distinguishing and qualitatively identifying lymph node metastases.【Conclusion】The MRI manifestations of the tumor,tumor invasion extension and cervical lymph node metastases are instrumental in improving the accuracy in diagnosis and staging.MRI should be the first choice in the diagnosis of lingual squamous cell carcinoma.
