赫哲族人乙醛脱氢酶2基因型分布及其与饮酒习惯的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因多态性在赫哲族人群中的分布频率及其与饮酒习惯的关系。方法在赫哲族聚居地选择101个赫哲族样本进行流行病学调查,并采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测研究对象的ALDH2基因型。结果ALDH2基因变异型等位基因(GA/AA)在赫哲族人中的分布频率为24.8%,ALDH2突变等位基因携带者与ALDH2野生等位基因携带者之间饮酒频率和每次饮酒量间无显著性差异。结论1/4的赫哲族人ALDH2酶的活性缺乏。赫哲族人的饮酒习惯与ALDH2基因型分布无明显的相关关系。 【Objective】To investigate the genotype frequency of aldehyde dehydrogenase-2(ALDH2),and evaluate the relationship between ALDH2 polymorphism and drinking behavior in Hezhen race population.【Methods】 Epidemiological data were collected from 101 Hezhen race in Hezhen settlements,and ALDH2 genotypes were detected by PCR-RFLP.【Results】The frequency of ALDH2 mutant allele(GA/AA) was 24.8% in Hezhen race.No difference was found between GG and GA/AA in drinking frequency and alcohol consumption per occasion.Drinking behavior was not influenced by the individual genotypes of ALDH2 in Hezhen population.【Conclusion】1/4 of Hezhen race have GA/AA allele.Drinking behavior was not influenced by the individual genotyoe of ALDH2.
