摘要
目的检测EB病毒VCA-IgA在健康人群中的抗体水平,了解长沙市人群中的EB病毒感染情况,并结合间接鼻咽镜筛查鼻咽癌。方法使用酶联免疫吸附法,检测EB病毒VCA-IgA水平。对于EB病毒VCA-IgA阳性个体,应用间接鼻咽镜检查鼻咽部,发现异常即取组织送病理检查。结果长沙市1 808例健康人群EB病毒VCA-IgA检测:阳性者206例,检出阳性率为11.39%。其中男性阳性率为12.17%,女性阳性率为9.66%。男女无显著性差异(P=0.121)。阳性个体EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体滴度在1:10～1:20之间。共对198例阳性个体进行间接鼻咽镜检查,最后病理学检查确诊鼻咽癌3例。结论长沙市健康人群EB病毒感染率较高,存在相对较高的鼻咽癌患病风险;血清EB病毒VCA-IgA普查结合间接鼻咽镜是鼻咽癌人群筛查的有效手段。
【Objective】To investigate the status of EB virus infection of healthy population in Changsha by checking the level of serum EBV-VCA-IgA.【Methods】The serum EBV-VCA-IgA was examined by ELISA in 1808 people in Changsha.The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 software package.The EBV-VCA-IgA positive individuals were examined by mirror nasopharyngoscope for abnormal tissues to be sent for pathologic examination.【Results】The positive rate of serum EBV-VCA-IgA was 11.39%（206 positive cases） in 1808 subjects.The positive rate of serum EBV-VCA-IgA was 12.17 % in male and 9.66 % in female.There was no significant difference between male and female（P =0.121）.The antibody titers of the EBV-VCA-IgA in positive individuals were 1：10-1：20.Totally 198 positive cases were examined by mirror nasopharyngoscope and 3 cases were finally diagnosed as NPC.【Conclusion】The study shows a relative high rate of EB virus infection in healthy population in Changsha,and they have high risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The NPC patients can be found in early stage by testing EBV-VCA-IgA and using mirror nasopharyngoscope.This method is applicable for NPC mass survey in community.
