导游讲解服务是一门艺术,它是衡量导游接待质量的重要标志。一名优秀的导游员在导游讲解中要善于设计方法,巧妙运用讲解技巧,使导游讲解更富感染力。可利用地方志的多角度记载,拓宽导游讲解的知识面;增加历史内涵和文化品味,激发旅游兴趣;利用神话传说增加艺术感染力等。
For guides,how to well explain the scenic spots to tourists is a kind of art,and also it is a standard to judge the reception quality in their jobs.It is important for best guides to grasp the content and the expression skills of explanation services to make the explanation more effective.By analyzing the relation of the local chronicle and guiding explanation,this paper focuses on how to improve the skills of explanation service by using the contents of the local chronicle.
