摘要
研究了微悬浮体系下辐射引发乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸酐。以二甲苯为溶剂制备了乙丙橡胶和马来酸酐的微悬浮体系,采用动态光散射测得该体系下的粒径分布为5~7μm。考察了辐射剂量和单体浓度对马来酸酐接枝率的影响。结果表明,微悬浮下共辐射能明显提高单体接枝率,最高可达4%。
The grafting reaction of maleic anhydride(MAH) onto ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) performed in microsuspension systems by co-irradiation is studied. The microsuspension of EPR and MAH in xylene is prepared and dynamic light scattering(DLS) shows that particle size distributions of micro-colloid system is 5-7μm. The effects of irradiation dose and monomer concentration on the amount of grafted MAH are investigated. The results show that the co-irradiation in micro-colloid systems ean obviously cause the increase of graft degree of MAH onto EPR. The graft degree of the product amounts to 4%.
