摘要
以风电场宏观选址中风能资源评价方法为研究对象,首先考察了不同风电机组的能量转换性能,根据风电机组能量转换性能相似的特点,提出参考风电机组的概念。接着,以发电量为衡量标准,提出将参考风电功率密度作为风电场宏观选址中风能资源评价的指标参数,并给出了该参数的计算方法;通过对实际风电场理论发电量的估算,验证了该指标的可行性。最后,结合风电场容量系数与参考风电功率密度的关系,给出了风电场风能资源的等级划分标准。该文提出的风能资源评价指标和标准,为风电场宏观选址时进行风能资源评价提供了一种具有可操作性、相对简单的实现方法。
This paper focuses on the methodology of wind resource assessment in formance of various wind turbines was investigated. Based on the similarity of speed for different wind turbines, the new concept of reference wind turbine was version device. Then, taking power generation as the measurement criteria, this wind farm macro-siting. First, the perpower coefficient under the same wind proposed as a standard wind energy conpaper brings forward a new assessment indicator, i.e. reference wind power density, and its calculation, to assess the wind energy resource in wind farm macrositing. It also verifies the feasibility of this indicator by making the comparison of theoretical annual power output with a real wind farm. Finally, the relationship between capacity factor and reference wind power density was deduced. The classification of wind energy resources was given based on the existing classification of wind farm. The proposed indicator and assessment method provides a simple and easy-to-use way of assessing wind energy resource in wind farm macro-siting.
