摘要
目的探讨补体C3a对人巨噬细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用流式细胞技术,检测人巨噬细胞被补体C3a作用后,其凋亡率随补体C3a的作用浓度及时间的变化。结果随着补体C3a作用浓度的增加,人巨噬细胞凋亡率下降;随着补体C3a作用浓度增加和作用时间延长,其对人巨噬细胞凋亡的抑制作用有所增强。结论补体C3a依浓度及时间依赖,抑制人巨噬细胞的凋亡。
【Objective】 To study the effects of C3a anaphylatoxin on the human macrophage apoptosis. 【Methods】The change of macrophage apoptosis after the action of C3a was determined by flow cytometry. 【Results】In response to several concentrations of C3a and time, macrophages apoptosis was inhibited【.Conclusion】 C3a inhibits macrophage apoptosis in a doseand time-dependent manner.
