摘要
目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法对32例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,结合复习文献。结果32例睾丸扭转患者行睾丸切除18例,其中14例病程大于10h,4例6～10h。行睾丸保留固定14例,其中9例病程小于4h,5例4～10h。结论睾丸扭转的早期诊断尤其重要,及时手术探查是减少睾丸丢失的关键。
【Objective】To enhance the diagnosis and treatment level of testicular torsion.【Methods】The clinical data of 32 patients with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively,meanwhile,review the literature.【Results】Among the 32 patients with testicular torsion,18 cases were treated with testicle excision：14 cases were preponderated over 10 hours,and the other 4 cases between 6 to 10 hours respectively.Among the 14 cases treated with orchidopexy：9 cases were within 4 hours and the other 5 cases between 4 to 10 hours.【Conclusions】Earliler diagnosis of testicular torsion is especial important,and timely operation research is the linchpin to prevent stesticular losed.
