探讨下肢静脉血栓的超声诊断 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢静脉血栓中的价值。方法应用多普勒超声检查对116例确诊为下肢静脉血栓患者和100例同期住院的非下肢静脉血栓患者的下肢静脉血管形态、各静脉的内径、管腔内回声情况及血流动力学改变进行比较。结果下肢静脉血栓组(116例)静脉管径均较对照组增宽(P<0.05);左侧静脉血栓的发生率较右侧增高(51%∶39%);下肢血管病变程度对照组明显低于下肢静脉血栓组。结论彩色多普勒超声检查不仅可诊断下肢静脉血栓,同时根据血栓形态、血栓回声、血管腔情况并结合临床予以分期,为临床选择治疗方法提供依据,是诊断下肢静脉血栓的首选方法。 【Objective】To investigate the two-dimensional and Color Doppler ultrasound in deep venous thrombosis. 【Methods】Color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of 116 cases of deep venous thrombosis patients and 100 cases of the same period of hospitalization in patients with non-deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity venous morphology,were compared with the diameter of the vein,intraluminal echo and hemodynamic changes.【Results】The deep venous thrombosis group (116 cases) vein diameter were wider than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the left side of the incidence of venous thrombosis is higher than the right side (51%∶39%); the degree of control of lower extremity vascular disease group was significantly lower than the group of lower extremity venous thrombosis. 【Conclusions】Color Doppler ultrasound can not only diagnose deep venous thrombosis,at the same time forms the basis of thrombosis,thrombosis echo lumen and be combined with clinical staging,treatment options for the provision of clinical basis for diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis is the preferred method.
