摘要
目的了解格尔木市暗娼艾滋病的相关知识和高危行为的情况,为开展科学有效的干预措施提供依据。方法对格尔木市区内的暗娼进行问卷调查。结果暗娼对艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为85.64%;94.25%的暗娼接受过艾滋病相关知识讲座和免费发放的安全套;81.36%的暗娼从同伴中获得艾滋病相关知识;90.89%的暗娼最近一次与"客人"发生性行为时使用安全套。结论对暗娼加强艾滋病非传播途径知识的宣传和教育,继续开展100%使用安全套推广工作。
【Objectives】To investigate AIDS related knowledge and high risk behavior among the female sex workers in Golmud,and to provide the evidence for scientific and effective prevention measures. 【Method】Questionnaire survey was conducted among the female sex workers.【Results】The overall AIDS related knowledge awareness rate among the female sex workers was 85.64%,94.25% of the female sex workers received AIDS related knowledge lecture and free condoms,81.36% of the female sex workers accepted AIDS related knowledge from their companions,90.89% of the female sex workers used condom at the last sexual behavior. 【Conclusion】Health education to the female sex workers should be strengthened on non-transmissible routes of AIDS and go on promoting 100% condom use program.
