摘要
基于三维有限元法建立了实际艇体结构中双层圆柱壳体背衬的计算模型。通过单一腔型声学覆盖层的数值试验验证了本文算法的有效性。在此基础上计算了复合腔型声学覆盖层的声学性能,分析了空腔耦合作用对声学覆盖层声学特性的影响。然后将复合腔型声学覆盖层应用于双壳动力舱段,通过模型试验验证了其在艇体结构中的降噪效果。
Based on FEM method, a calculation model of actual double cylindrical shells backing is established. The effectiveness of calculation method is validated with single cavity acoustic title simulation experiment. On this basis, the acoustic performance of covering layer with composite cavities is calculated, and the coupling effect of cavities on acoustic characteristics is also analyzed. Furthermore, taking a double cylindrical structure as an experiment model, the noise reduction effect of the composite cavities acoustic tiles laid on the cylindrical shells is researched.
