摘要
本文分析了39个2型糖尿病家系的临床情况,并对其中35个家系成员10条染色体进行了基因组扫描。临床资料分析表明,父亲患糖尿病后其子代的糖尿病患病率明显高于母亲患病者(41.2%Vs27.8%,P<0.001)。个体的体重和年龄在糖尿病和糖耐量低减中也起着重要的作用。在35个家系中共得到71个微卫星位点,15265个基因型。这些基因型的分析为进一步的全基因组扫描和基因定位打下了坚实的基础。
Analysis of the clinical data of 39 type 2 diabetes mellitus families indicated that parents suffering from diabetes mellitus affected their offsprings. When the father side got the disease,there was a higher incidence of diabetes in offsprings (41 .2%) than when the maternal side suffered diabetes (27.8% P<0.001 ). The body mass index (BMI) and age were also closely related diabetes and intolerance of glucose test (IGT). In 35 of 39 type 2 diabetes families, 10 chromosome genotype were examined, and 71 microsatellite loci and 15 265 genotypes were obtained. They form a firm basis in the identification of the susceptible gene of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
