摘要
针对护罩的具体结构,为提高材料利用率,设计了对焊式护罩零件的结构。在对传统手工绕弯模加工工艺失败原因进行有效分析的基础上,制定了新的成形方案,设计了相应的模具。实践证明,该加工工艺及设计的模具合理,能保证零件的尺寸及形状要求,并有效地提高生产效率。
Aiming at the structure of the jointing protective cover,in order to increase material utilization,the structure of the jointing protective cover is designed.By analyzing the original failed process of jointing protective cover,a new forming process and according die design is put forward.It is proved that the new forming process and its structure are reasonable and the manufacture request is satisfied and productive efficiency is improved.
