摘要
目的探讨龙胆泻肝配方颗粒对生殖器疱疹患者外周血白细胞Toll样受体(TLRs)的作用,进一步研究其抗病毒感染免疫反应的机制。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR的方法检测了50例湿热型生殖器疱疹患者龙胆泻肝配方颗粒治疗前后外周血白细胞TLR1～TLR9mRNA的表达情况,并以10例正常人作为对照。结果治疗前患者外周血TLR1～TLR9mRNA的表达水平与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中TLR2、TLR3、TLR5较正常值高,TLR1、TLR4、TLR6、TLR7、TLR8、TLR9较正常值低。治疗后,患者血清TLR1～TLR9mR-NA的表达水平均较治疗前倾向于正常。结论龙胆泻肝配方颗粒能调节生殖器疱疹患者外周血Toll样受体的表达水平,在启动抗病毒的固有免疫反应中起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Longdan Xiegan granules on expressions of toll-like receptors（TLRs） in peripheral blood leucocyte in patients with genital herpes and and the pathogenesis of the granules.Methods Fifty patients with genital herpes of damp-heat type were treated with the granules and the expression of TLR1 ～TLR9mRNA in peripheral blood leucocyte was detected before and sfter treatment.And 10 control people were enrolled in this study.Result The expressions of TLR2,TLR3 and TLR5mRNA were significantly higher in patients than that in healthy controls（P0.05）,and the expressions of TLR1,TLR4,TLR6,TLR7,TLR8 and TLR9 mRNA were markedly lower than that in the controls,and TLR2,TLR3 and TLR5 higher after theatment.Conclusion Longdan Xiegan granules can adjust the expressions of TLRs on peripheral blood leucocyte and play a key role in initiating innate immune responses to viral pathogens.
