摘要
目的:探讨高分辨心电图在诊断冠状动脉狭窄方面的临床应用。方法:应用高分辨心电图检测24例临床上可疑冠状动脉狭窄而行冠状动脉造影术检查患者的心室晚电位,并分别应用时域法及频域法对其进行定量分析。结果:应用时域法定量分析时,冠状动脉狭窄组与冠状动脉无狭窄组的RMS40差异有显著性(P<0.01),应用频域法定量分析时,两组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Objective: Our aim was to investigate clinical significance of high resolution electrocardiography in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis. Methods: The ventricular late potential (VLP) of 24 patients diagnosed as suspect coronary artery stenosis by coronary angiography was detected by high resolution electrocardiography, which were quantitative analysis by the time and frequency domain techniques. Results: In the time domain analysing, the mean RMS40 for patients with coronary artery disease was significantly different from that for patients without coronary artery stenosis. Quantitative analysis in frequency domain did not show clinical significance. Conclusion: Quantitative analysis of RMS40 in the time domain analysing by high resolution electrocardiography was of some clinical significance for patients with suspect coronary artery stenosis.
