摘要
"世博交通信息管理系统"服务2010上海世博会的一个任务量大、工期紧且质量要求高的重大项目,这意味着传统的测试流程已经无法满足项目的需要。为了保障项目的顺利上线,本文采用了在项目开发的每个阶段加大测试资源的投入,在方法上采取部分敏捷的方式,做到测试先行,测试驱动开发;在测试技术上根据项目特点采用自创的SQL脚本侵入测试、VSTS2008与Selenium结合的自动化测试。经过了这一系列的测试改进,世博交通信息管理系统提前一周成功上线。
ExpoTMS is an important information system to serve Expo 2010 with heavy workload, tight schedule and high quality requirements, which mean traditional test flow could not satisfy needs of the project. In order to insure a successful release on schedule, the paper applied agile methodology and put more test workload at each project phase, which practiced Test First and Test Driven Development. The project adopted self-created automatic test method that combined ＂SQL script intrusion test＂ and ＂VSTS2008＋Selenium＂. ExpoTMS released ahead of the schedule depending on the improvements of test method.
