树突状细胞与T、B细胞相互关系研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 树突状细胞作为专职的抗原提呈细胞在移植免疫和抗肿瘤免疫中发挥重要作用。但以往人们对ＤＣ 与Ｔ、Ｂ 细胞的关系所知甚少，近年来的研究较多，本文介绍了ＤＣ 与Ｔ 细胞活化、Ｔ细胞对ＤＣ 的作用、ＤＣ 对Ｂ 细胞的作用、Ｂ 细胞对ＤＣ 的作用及ＤＣ 表面某些重要分子（Ｂ７、ＣＤ４０Ｌ）表达上调的途径。
