摘要
以磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯试液为滴定剂，二甲基黄－溶剂蓝１９ 混合液为指示剂，氯仿为萃取剂，用阴离子表面活性剂滴定法测定盐酸阿米替林片的含量及其均匀度。方法简便省时，结果准确。平均回收率为９９．９２±０．５２％ 。
The anionic surfactant titration was carried out with sodium dioctyl sulphosuccinate solution using dimethyl yellow with solvent coerule 19 as indicator, and CHCl 3 as extractant. At the end point, the colour of the chloroform phase changed from green to grey pink. The average recovery was 99.92%( n =6) and the RSD was 0.52%. This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
