锦屏一级水电站左岸基础处理工程规模大,地下洞室群纵横交错,是一项设计复杂、施工难度大、安全风险大、投资控制难的地下基础处理工程,施工期间如果出现洞室群塌方,则会导致坝肩左岸边坡失稳,造成安全事故及巨大的经济损失。从设计方案咨询与决策、分标、招标到现场施工管理进行了系统策划,实行精细化管理,成功地完成了各项施工任务,实现了安全、进度、投资可控,积累的经验可供类似工程参考。
The left bank foundation treatment of Jinping I Hydropower Station with a large-scale underground caverns has a number of special characteristics such as complex design,difficult construction,high safety risk and difficult investment control.If the caverns collapse during the construction period,the stability of the left bank abutment slope will be failure.The design consultation and decision making,tender arrangement,tendering and site construction management is systematically planned.The construction is successfully completed and the safety,progress and investment are controlled after implementing a sophisticated management.
