摘要
桥巩水电站二期上游围堰采用过水土石围堰加堰顶橡胶坝的组合形式,汛期大洪水来临时,橡胶坝坍坝增大河道行洪断面行洪,消除了施工期淹没赔偿问题;枯水期及汛期一般流量情况下,橡胶坝升坝维持较高的上游水位进行通航和发电,获取了较大的经济效益。
The phase II upstream cofferdam of Qiaogong Hydropower Station is combined with an overflow earth-rock cofferdam and a rubber dam.In flood season,the rubber dam will be deflated for increasing the discharge capacity of river,and then can eliminate the flood damages in construction period.In dry season and other season with low flow,the rubber dam will be aerated to keep a higher upstream water level for navigation and power generation.The design of cofferdam has a greater economic benefit.
