摘要
威灵仙总皂甙(CCS)对体外培养的艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)、肉瘤S_(180)腹水型(S_(180A))和肝癌腹水型(HepA)细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))分别为242μg/ml、193μg/ml和130μg/ml。CCS0.25g/kg、0.5g/kg和1g/kg剂量对小鼠移植性肉瘤S_(180)的瘤重抑制率分别为4O.3％、55.1％和53.0％。但CCS(0.2 g/kg、0.4g/kg和0.8g/kg)对荷瘤小鼠S_(180A)的生存期没有明显影响。
This paper has shown the cytocidal effects of total saponin of Clermatis chisensis Osbeck(CCS)on experimental tumours EAC cells,S180A cells and HepA cells in vitro,using microculture method 72 hours .The IC50 were 242μg/ml,193μg/ml and 130μg/ml respectively. In vivo the growth of transplanted mouse tumour(S180)was inhibited by the CCS with inhibitory rates 40.3%(0.25g/kg),55.1%(0.5g/kg),53.0%(1g/kg),but CCS(0.2g/kg,0.4g/kg,0.5g/kg)hasn't effect on survival time of tumour mice(S180A).
