金沙江溪洛渡水电站地下厂房岩锚梁跨度大、质量要求高。在岩锚梁混凝土施工过程中,通过优化混凝土的配合比,采用创新的模板工艺,实施有效的温控措施,确保了混凝土施工质量。混凝土表面达到免装修水平,基本消除了混凝土裂缝。
The span of rock-anchored beam in underground powerhouse of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is large and the requirement on construction quality is high.By optimizing concrete mix proportion,using an innovative formwork process,implementing effective temperature control,the construction quality for rock-anchored beam is ensured.The concrete surface has a high quality without further decoration,and concrete crack is basically eliminated.
