摘要
根据投标文件和设计要求,瀑布沟水电站溢洪道抗冲耐磨混凝土均采用HF粉煤灰混凝土但浇筑混凝土出现裂缝。为此,电站建设公司组织设计、监理、施工单位及专家对水泥品种的选择、单掺或复掺粉煤灰、硅粉、纤维等对抗冲耐磨混凝土施工和易性、物理力学性能、耐久性、抗裂性能等的影响进行了试验研究,确定电站抗冲耐磨混凝土采用中热水泥方案。由于中热水泥供应困难,又研究了普通水泥混凝土的配合比,确定了普通水泥方案。这不仅解决了水泥供应的困难,还大大节省了混凝土原材料成本,方便了拌和系统的布置;同时也减少了拌和工序。
According to the tender documentation and design requirements,Pubugou Hydropower Stations uses HF flyash concrete as erosion-resisting concrete for spillway,but there are cracks after placement.To solve these problems,experiments on the workability,physical mechanical properties,durab ility and anti-crack performance of erosion-resisting concrete are conducted after changing the varieties of cement,flyash,silica fume and fibers,and finally decide to use moderate heat cement.As the problem of moderate heat cement supply,the mix proportion of ordinary Portland cement concrete is also studied.The use of ordinary cement solves not only the cement supply difficulties,but also saves raw material costs,facilitates the layout of the mixing system and simplifies the mixing process.
