摘要
核被膜上的核苷三磷酸酶通过提供能量以促进细胞核内成熟mRNA从核内向胞装进行转移，这一转运过程是制约细胞成熟mRNA能否表达出蛋白质的一重要环节，现已经知道调节该酶活性的因素除成熟mRNA的polyA结构上，还有很多其它的因素。
