摘要
采用低温拉伸试验与系列冲击试验对调质态40CrNi2Mo钢的低温(室温~-150℃)力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该钢屈服强度和抗拉强度随温度的降低而升高,断面收缩率、伸长率随温度的降低而减小,并且它们与温度均呈线性关系;求出了该钢屈服强度与抗拉强度随温度变化的关系式;根据绘制出的冲击功曲线,根据综合能量法及断口形貌可确定其韧脆转变温度为-125℃。
The mechanical properties at low temperatures(room temperature——150 ℃) of the 40CrNi2Mo steel at quenched and tempered state were investigated by using low temperature tensile tests and series impact tests.The results indicate that the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel elevated with the reducing temperature,while the reduction of area and elongation reduced,the above properties and temperature had a linear relationship.The formula of the yield strength and the tensile strength as well as the temperature was obtained for the 40CrNi2Mo steel.According to the drawn impact energy curve,comprehensive energy method and the fracture surface morphology,its ductile-brittle transition temperature could be determined,which was-125 ℃.
