HIV感染疾病进展的预测指标 被引量:5

摘要 HIV感染不同的个体疾病进展的速度不同,可将HIV感染分为快速进展、典型(中度)进展以及长期不进展3类。70%~80%的HIV感染者表现为典型进展,在HIV感染的6~10年内逐渐出现HIVRNA水平升高,CD4^+T细胞数量下降,以及艾滋病相关的疾病。10%~15%的HIV感染者是快速进展型,在感染后几年内就出现CD4^+T细胞数量快速下降以及艾滋病相关事件。
