HIV感染疾病进展的预测指标 被引量：5

摘要 HIV感染不同的个体疾病进展的速度不同，可将HIV感染分为快速进展、典型（中度）进展以及长期不进展3类。70%～80％的HIV感染者表现为典型进展，在HIV感染的6～10年内逐渐出现HIVRNA水平升高，CD4^＋T细胞数量下降，以及艾滋病相关的疾病。10％～15％的HIV感染者是快速进展型，在感染后几年内就出现CD4^＋T细胞数量快速下降以及艾滋病相关事件。
