亚低温用于心搏骤停后脑保护的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 心搏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)后即使经过有效心肺复苏、恢复了自主循环(return of spontaneous circulation,ROSC),但仍有一些患者死亡或留有严重的后遗症。研究发现,亚低温能改善心肺复苏后生存率和神经功能损伤,但其作用机制还未完全阐明。亚低温治疗过程中还存在一些不良反应和并发症,对此需加强认识和管理。现将有关进展综述如下。
