2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并-对-二噁英对鱼类功能基因表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 二噁英类化学物质是多氯代二苯并-对-二噁英和多氯代二苯并呋喃的总称,共有200余种同系异构体。其中2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并-对-二噁英(2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin,TCDD)毒性最强[1]。二噁英是在冶金工业、杀虫剂生产、垃圾焚烧、造纸等过程中产生的微量或痕量污染物,广泛地存于水、土、大气中[1]。二噁英在人和动物体内不产生代谢变化,而在食物链中累积,严重威胁机体健康[2]。
