摘要
概述了生物被膜鉴定方法(包括试管法、银染法、扫描电镜和透射电镜法、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜法和微量板定量检测法)的主要操作步骤和注意事项,以及在生物被膜研究中取得的成果。阐明了以上鉴定方法在生物被膜研究中的优缺点,并提出了弥补上述鉴定方法缺点的建议。
The common identification methods for bacterial biofilm,including the glass tube method,silver staining,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,confocal laser scanning microscopy,and microtitre plate method,were reviewed in the aspects of the main steps and precautions,and the achievement of the biofilm research.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were elucidated,and then the suggestions were proposed for offsetting the disadvantages of the methods.
