摘要
将牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒分离株LN01/08株经BEI灭活,与206佐剂混合乳化制成牛传染性鼻气管炎灭活疫苗,对制备的灭活疫苗进行了安全性和免疫保护效果研究。将该疫苗分别接种1月龄犊牛、6~8月龄牛、后备母牛及不同怀孕阶段母牛,接种剂量为4mL(2头份),检验疫苗的安全性;将疫苗接种6~8月龄牛,接种剂量为2mL(1头份),首免后第21天进行二免,二免后第21天用强毒进行攻击,检验疫苗的保护效力。结果显示,不同月龄的牛及不同怀孕阶段的母牛接种疫苗后体温正常,无任何临床异常表现;怀孕牛无流产、产死胎及木乃伊胎现象。疫苗接种牛对强毒攻击的保护率达80%以上。研究表明,该疫苗对牛安全,且免疫保护效果良好。
An inactivated vaccine against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV) was developed by blending binary ethylenimine(BEI) -inactivated IBRV antigens of LN01/08 strain with adjuvant 206.The vaccine was tested for its safety and protective efficacy(immunogenicity) in host animals.In order to test the safety of the vaccine,one-month-old calves,6-8 months-old calves,heifers,and the cows in the diffe-rent pregnancy were inoculated with 4mL(2 doses) of the vaccine.In the efficacy study,6-8 months-old calves were vaccinated with single dose 2mL of the vaccine,and then boosted 21 days after the first vaccination.The animals were challenged with a virulent virus on 21 days post-the 2nd-vaccination to test the immunogenicity of the vaccine.These results indicated that the vaccinated calves of different ages and the cows in the different trimesters of pregnancy did not show any clinical diseases.The neonatal calves were normal and healthy,and no abortion,stillbirth or mummy fetus occurred in the pregnant cows.Immunogenicity study demonstrated that the vaccine provided at least 80% protection to calves against IBRV infection and clinical diseases caused by the challenge.These results indicated that the vaccine was safe and had good protective efficacy to host animals.
