摘要
目的:研究原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(AM)含量变化及其与内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AugⅡ)的关系。方法:用放射免疫法测定40例EH患者和28例正常人血浆AM、ET和AugⅡ含量,并检测平均动脉压和血清肌酐水平。结果:EH患者血浆AM含量明显高于正常对照组(50.84±21.06vs14.98±3.93,p<0.01);EH患者血浆AM、ET和AugⅡ呈正相关(r=0.69,P<0.001;r=0.55,P<0.001),与血清肌酐水平及平均动脉压也呈正相关(r=0.68,p<0.001;r=0.50,p<0.001)。结论:AM参与EH的病理生理过程,血浆AM升高可能与ET、AugⅡ含量升高有关,并可能与肾功能减退有关。
Objectives: To boserve the changes of plasma adrenomdeullin (AM) in patients withprimary hypertension and to study the correlation among plasma AM with endothelin (ET) andangiotension Ⅱ. Methods: Plasma AM,ET, and Ang Ⅱ levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in4o patients with primary hypertension and in 28 healthy control subjects. Mean arterial pressure(MAP) and serum creatinine were also measured. Results: The plasma AM levels were significantlyhigher in patients with primary hypertension than that in control subjects (50. 84± 21. 06 vs 14. 98±3.93,p<0. 01);plasma AM,ET and Ang Ⅱ progressively increased with the severity of primary hypertension; AM showed intimate correlations with ET and Ang Ⅱ in plasma (r= 0. 69,p<0. 001;r=0. 55,p<0. 001 frespectively). There was also a significant correlation among plasma AM with serum creatinine and MAP (r=0. 68,p<0. 001;r=0. 50,p<0. 001,respectively), Conclusions: It is suggested thatAM may play a certain role in the pathophysiology of primary hypertension. The elevated plasma ETand Ang Ⅱ levels may be responsible for the rise of plasma AM levels in patients with primary hypertension. Moreover,the elevation of plasma AM levels in patients with primary hypertension may be relatedto renal dysfunction.
