摘要
目的:为了改进甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶同工酶的分离效果,提高肝癌特异性GPDA(GPDA-Ⅱ)对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法:在原阶段梯度胶电泳分离同工酶方法的基础上,将四层浓度胶(46.2g/L、77.0g/L、92.4g/L、154.0g/L)改为五层(46.2g/L、77.0g/L、92.4g/L、102.7g/L、154.0g/L)。结果:使血清PGDA-Ⅱ在PHC病人中的阳性率由原来的42.2%提高到67.6%,其阳性率与AFP、肿瘤大小无相关性。结论:进一步表明CPDA-Ⅱ正为肝癌又—新的诊断指标,对PHC有特异性诊断价值。
To improve the separative effect of glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA)isoenzyme and raise the diagnostic value of the specific GPDA(GPDA-Ⅱ) for primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC), we modified the previously reported stage polyacryamide gel electrophoresis, four series concentraton gels (46. 2g/L, 77. 0g/L, 92. 4g/L, 154. 0g/L) were changed to five (46- 2g/L, 77. 0g/L, 92.4g/L, 102. 7g/L, 154. 0g/L). The positive rates of serum GPDA-Ⅱ in the patients with PHC wereraised from 42. 2% to 67. 6% by this method. There was no correlation between the positive rate ofGPDA-Ⅱ and AFP levels or the size of the tumors. It is suggested that GPDA-Ⅱ is a new diagnosticmark for PHC.
