CEA、CA125、NSE、SCC联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨CEA、CA125、NSE、SCC联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:采用微粒子酶免疫分析和ELISA方法对96例肺癌、30例肺良性病患者以及30例健康体检者进行血清CEA、CA125、NSE、SCC四种肿瘤标志物检测。结果:肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125、NSE、SCC测定结果显著高于肺良性病患者及健康对照组(P<0.01),其测定水平与病理类型有关。四种肿瘤标志物单项检测的阳性率分别为48.9%、51.0%、39.6%、18.8%,联合检测阳性率提高到92.7%。CEA和CA125在TNM临床分期越晚,检测水平越高。结论:CEA、CA125、NSE、SCC对不同组织类型的肺癌鉴别有一定临床价值,而且具有互补性,联合检测可提高阳性诊断率。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of four tumor markers,CEA,CA125,NSE,SCC in the determination of lung cancer.Methods:Using MEIA and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),serum CEA,CA125,NSE,SCC were determined in 96 lung cancer patients and 30 benign lung disease patients and 30 healthy persons.Results:Serum concentrations of CEA,CA125,NSE,SCC were significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than patients with benign lung disease patients and healthy persons(P 0.01).The levels of four tumor markers were associated with pathology type of lung cancer.The single test sensitivity of four tumor markers for diagnosis of lung cancer were 48.9%,51.0%,39.6%,18.8% respectively.The combined test sensitivity was 92.7%.The serum levels of makers in patients with advanced disease(stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were significantly higher than in those with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Conclusion:The assay of CEA,CA125,NSE,SCC in serum can help differentiating various biological type of lung cancer and increase the sensitivity.
