摘要
目的:探讨超声造影时间-强度曲线(TIC)及动态血管模式(DVP)曲线在鉴别腹膜后肿块中的价值。方法:对30例腹膜后肿块患者进行常规超声和超声造影检查,比较良、恶性肿块TIC和DVP曲线形态特征,并定量分析TIC各项指标。结果:良恶性肿块的DVP曲线表现形态各有特征;良恶性组峰值强度、上升支斜率、半降支斜率、不同强度内斜率、不同水平跨峰时间等指标有统计学差异。结论:利用SonoLiver软件量化分析腹膜后肿块造影的时间-强度曲线,有助于鉴别肿块良恶性。
Objective：To investigate the characteristics of time-intensity curve and dynamic vascular pattern curve of the ultrasonographic contrast in diagnosing retroperitoneal lesions.Methods：Thirty cases of retroperitoneal tumors were analyzed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography with SonoLiver software.The study involved the following parameters：maximum intensity（IMAX）,the ascending slope,the half descending slope,the transit time at the same intensity and the slope at the different intensity.Results：Between benign and malignant groups,there were different characteristics of the dynamic vascular pattern curve.And significant difference in IMAX,ascending slope,half descending slope,and transit time at the different intensity and the slope at different intensity between benign and malignant groups.Conclusion：Ultrasonographic contrast has an important value in qualitative diagnosis of retroperitoneal lesions with the characteristics of time-intensity curve.
