摘要
本文报道1例肝硬化并食管静脉破裂出血严重的患者,在生命体征不平稳的条件下,急诊行经皮经肝胃冠状静脉栓塞术及TIPSS术治疗,出血得到控制。经皮经肝胃冠状静脉栓塞术及TIPSS术治疗是急诊救治肝硬化并食管静脉破裂出血患者行之有效的方法。
One patient of cirrhosis combined with esophageal varices bleeding was reported. The patient was treated with percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization （ PTVE） and transjugular intrahepatic portasystemic stent-shunt （ TIPSS） when blood pressure was reduced 40 /20 mm Hg. The patient was on the recovery after treatment. PTVE and TIPSS are the most feasible methods in treatment of cirrhosis combined with esophageal varices bleeding.
