摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑对儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的治疗效果。方法 34例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿,均进行胃镜检查,观察胃、十二指肠黏膜病变特点。并随机分为两组,A组为奥美拉唑治疗组,B组为西咪替丁治疗组,观察腹痛消失、大便潜血转阴以及皮疹消退时间,从而评价两种药物疗效。结果胃镜检查显示,34例患儿胃和十二指肠黏膜呈现不同程度的充血、水肿、糜烂甚至溃疡,以十二指肠降部病变为著。奥美拉唑治疗组在腹痛消失、大便潜血转阴以及皮疹消退时间均较西咪替丁组短,差异有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑对儿童腹型过敏性紫癜治疗效果明显优于西咪替丁。
Objective To evaluate the effect of omeprazole in the anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis of children. Methods Thirty-four cases diagnosed anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis were examined by gastroscope. Mucosal lesions of stomach and duodenum were observed. These patients were randomly divided into two groups： omeprazole treatment group and cimetidine treatment group. Time of abdominal pain disappeared,stool occult blood negative and the rash subsided were observed to evaluate the effect of two drugs. Results The gastroscopic examination revealed that stomach and duodenal mucosa of 34 patients were congestive,swelling,dissipated and even ulcer. Mucosal lesions became more serious in the descending duodenum. Time of abdominal pain disappeared,stool occult blood negative and the rash subsided were shorter in omeprazole treatment group than those in cimetidine treatment group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Effect of omeprazole in the anaphylactoid purpura abdominalis of children was better than cimetidine.
