摘要
对5例患者腹腔内自发性血管破裂出血的发生原因、诊断和治疗方法进行分析。结果显示高血压、动脉粥样硬化和肝硬化门静脉高压症是腹腔内自发性血管破裂出血的主要原因,早期超声、CT及腹腔穿刺有利于诊断,手术治疗后痊愈,并无严重并发症发生。
The causes,diagnosis and treatment of 5 patients of the intraperitoneal vessel spontaneous rupture were analyzed. Hypertension,atherosclerosis and cirrhosis of the liver with portal hypertension were the main causes for this disease. Early ultrasound,CT and abdominal puncture were beneficial to the diagnosis. All patients healed and no serious complications occured.
