摘要
目的:探索下乡到基层医院行白内障批量手术的安全性及可行性。方法:实施白内障手术1902例2084眼。结果:术后1d裸眼视力≥0.3者90.63%,≥0.6者74.22%,≥0.8者12.20%。术后1wk,脱盲率为97.70%,脱残率89.01%。术后脱盲率、脱残率随年龄的增加有所降低。结论:深入基层医院进行批量白内障手术是解决积压大批量白内障问题的有效途径之一,手术取得良好的临床效果。
AIM：To investigate the safety and feasibility of cataract surgery in primary hospital.
METHODS：Totally 1902 patients 2084 eyes underwent cataract surgery from the October, 2006 to October, 2009.
RESULTS：In the postoperative day 1, naked vision ≥ 0.3 was in 90.63%, ≥ 0.6 in 74.22%, and ≥ 0.8 in 12.20%.The visual acuity recovered from blindness and disability were positively correlated with the age.
CONCLUSION：The cataract surgery in primary hospital is one of the effective paths to reduce the large number of cataract problems,and its has a good clinical effect.
