脂筏在细胞信号特异性调节钾离子通道功能中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 钾离子通道在稳定细胞膜电位和调节细胞兴奋性等方面发挥重要作用,目前的研究主要集中在其信号转导通路的上下游的参与分子方面。细胞在接受刺激后,众多的信号通路同时在在一片很小的细胞膜上发生,此间必然存在着一个空间上的调节来协调不同通路的"特异性"转导。脂筏即是其中参与信号转导的平台之一。该文即对脂筏在钾离子通道调节中的作用及目前研究进展进行综述。 Potassium channels play a critical role in stabilization of membrane potential and regulation of cellular excitability.Most research works have focused on the related molecules in the up or down streams of the signalling.Many pathways activate simultaneously on a very small piece of membrane after the cells accept stimuli outside.There must be a specific mechanism that coordinates the specificity of these signallings.Lipid raft is just one of the platforms involved in signal transduction.This review discusses the role of lipid raft in modulation of potassium channel and reviews the current progress in related research.
