摘要
目的评价在民工子弟小学开展健康教育工作的效果,为民工子弟学校健康教育提供依据。方法根据《中小学健康教育指导纲要》的基本要求,并结合一些重大传染病的防治知识,分别设计小学中年级(3～4年级)和高年级(5～6年级)健康知识调查问卷。抽取南京市1所民工子弟小学3～6年级学生进行健康教育,用SPSS 11.5分析干预前后结果。结果健康教育后,学生对多项健康常识、常见病知识等方面的知晓率和健康行为形成率都有所提高,且差异大都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对民工子弟小学学生开展健康教育可以有效地提高他们的卫生保健意识,改善他们的卫生行为习惯。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in primary School of Peasant Workers＇ Children,and provide more evidence for Health Education in these schools.Methods The health questionnaires,based on ＂primary and secondary health education guidelines＂ and Knowledge in Preventing major Infectious Disease,were designed respectively for pupils in Grades 3 and 4 and for pupils in Grades 5 and 6 in primary schools.Pupils in Grades 3 and 6 of one primary school of peasant workers＇ children in Nanjing were selected.Health education was conducted in those students,and the results before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed through SPSS 11.5.Results After health education,the formation of healthy knowledge and healthy behaviors of the students about the knowledge related various healthy common sense and the common diseases improved,and there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Conducting the health education inaprimary school of Peasant Workers＇ Children could efficiently improve their consciousness of health care and hygienic behaviors.
