摘要
应用模糊综合评价法以及综合多种研究方法对参评者相应指标进行试评,以构建学校体育教师评价指标体系。结果显示:评价体系指标客观、全面、系统、可操作性强。证明在学校体育教师综合考评中引进模糊数学方法,对提高评价准确性与合理性有重要实用价值。
This paper makes a rescarch on the system of appraising norms for college P.E.teachers by many kinds of researching ways,and the way of fuzzy comprehensive assess is used in testing test-personnels＇relevant norms.And its result reveals that：the system of appraising norms is objective,comprehensive,systematic,and can be well operated.And it proves that the Fuzzy Mathematics Assess has important values in improving the accuracy and rationality of the system of appraising norms for college P.E.teachers.
