摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对参加第24届世界大学生冬季运动会的冰壶裁判员进行了研究。结果表明:冰壶裁判员年龄和性别结构合理,学历结构较高,队伍过于集中,尚未实行定期培训制。建议建立冰壶裁判员的等级制度,加强裁判员综合素质的修养和科学的管理。
The research uses literature,questionnaire and statistics,invest and analyze of curling umpires in Harbin 24th Winter Universiade.Results showed that：age and sex structure of curling umpires are reasonable,and received higher education,referee team is too concentrated,regular training system has not yet been implemented.Propose on establish hierarchy umpires,strengthen the umpires＇ cultivation of the overall quality and the umpires＇ scientific management.
