摘要
后备人才梯队建设是竞技体育发展的重要制肘。人作为后备人才的核心主体,其自然与社会的两栖属性共同筑成了竞技体育可持续发展的壁垒环境,并以内外双因的形式影响着后备人才培养工程的博弈格局。据此,由人力资本两栖性拓展、探究辽宁省竞技体育后备人才精品工程,在渊源上诠释出路径重构的必要性,探索出具有前瞻性的解决方案,是时下打造辽宁省竞技体育后备人才精品工程的合理思路。
The Echelon building is the reserve talents an important constraint on the development of competitive sports.Person as the central subject of reserve personnel,their natural and social properties of common building amphibious sports have become barriers to sustainable development,environment,and to result in the form of both inside and outside pairs of back-up personnel training project affect the pattern of the game.Accordingly,from the amphibious nature of human capital to expand,explore,Liaoning Province sports talents in the project of the interpretation of the origin,the path out of the need for reconstruction,to find out a forward-looking solution is to create nowadays sports talents in Liaoning Province a reasonable idea of fine works.
