摘要 本文研究了小波变换和模糊模式识别在薄板粘接质量超声检测中的应用.首先介绍了有关复合粘接材料的超声无损检测方法,然后使用小波变换对超声检测信号进行分析,提取出与粘接质量有关的三个特征值;根据超声检测回波信号特征值具有模糊性这一特点,提出了以隶属度为核心、以最大隶属度原则为判断标准的模糊模式识别算法.实验证明,该特征提取和模式识别算法对于粘接质量定量识别的准确度比较高. This paper presents a study on the application of wavelet transformation and fuzzy pattern recognition to ultrasonic detection of bonding quality of composite thin plates.At first,ultrasonic NDT(Non Destructive Testing) detection method is introduced and the characteristics of the echo signal are discussed.Then,the wavelet transformation is used to process echo signals.Three characteristics of echo signal in time-frequency domain are extracted.Finally a fuzzy pattern recognition algorithm based on the maximum membership principle is worked out.Simulation has proved that the algorithm can recognize different echo signals quantitatively and accurately.
