摘要
SJ型气燃式干馏方炉成功应用于窑街油页岩的干馏,工业化生产情况表明,干馏炉运行稳定、操作平稳,页岩油回收率达80%以上,半焦作为副产品具有较高的热值,可用于燃烧发电。与抚顺炉相比,方型干馏炉用于油页岩的干馏具有处理量大(每台炉设计处理量为500t/d)、油收率高(页岩油收率可达实验室铝甄油收率的80%以上)、半焦热值高(半焦发热量达4274kJ/kg),以及操作简单、投资少等特点,且对于页岩块径适应性较广泛,设计入炉粒径6～80mm,但3～150mm粒径之间的页岩搭配入炉,可以干馏完全,能处理低品位的油页岩。处理含油率5%以上的页岩能做到热量自给有余。由于半焦热值没有损失,可进一步用于循环流化床燃烧发电,提高企业的经济效益。窑街油页岩炼油项目,被列为甘肃省2010年度节能综合利用示范项目。
SJ gas-combustion rectangular retort furnace has been successfully applied in the dry distillation of Yaojie oil shale.Commercial application shows that the performance of this retort furnace is stable.The operation of this equipment is stable and over 80% of shale oil can be recovered.Semicoke,as a byproduct,has a high heat value and can be used to generate electricity.Compared with the Fushun retort furnace,the rect- angular retort furnace has many advantages when used in the dry distillation of oil shale such as large processing capacity （the designed processing capacity for each furnace is 500t/d）,high yield of oil （shale oil yield can reach over 80% of the Fischer Assay oil yield） , high heat value of semicoke （semicoke＇s heat out- put reaches 4,274kJ/kg）,simple operation and low investment required.In addition,this furnace has wide ap- plicability to the sizes of shale blocks.The designed grain size for the furnace is from 6 to 80mm,but when shale blocks with grain sizes from 3-150turn arc fed into the furnace after being blended,they can be fully retorted.The furnace is able to treat low-grade oil shale.When the furnace is used in treating shale with oil content exceeding 5% ,the heat it produces is sufficient for own use and can even achieve a surplus.As it has no heat loss ,the semicoke can be used by the circulating fluidized bed for generating power,thus raising the enterprise＇s revenue.The Yaojie Oil Shale Refining Project has been listed by Gansu province as an energy-saving demonstration project for construction in 2010.
