摘要
在详细分析多段供汽和热泵供汽各自优缺点的基础上,提出一种将多段供汽和热泵供汽相结合的造纸机干燥部蒸汽冷凝水热力系统方案,重点阐述涉及到的热力计算这一关键技术问题,给出详细的热力计算过程,并以一高强瓦楞原纸纸机为例,给出具体的控制算法和工艺流程。
Basing on analyzing the multi-stage and thermo-compressor steam supply,the combined steam condensate system was established for the paper machine＇s drying section.The discussion was focused on the thermal performance calculation and its process.The typical control scheme and process by taking a high-strength corrugated paper machine for example was given.
